Over 20 years ago Diana Augspurger and John Glennon opened a fledgling business installing systems that organized homes and offices. They had a long learning curve since they were not a franchise and there were no role models or training programs they could attend. They chose a name that reflected their goals. Creative Storage would be a company that maximized space efficiently integrating great design, reasonable cost and exceptionally durable product. They backed that up with a lifetime warranty assuring our customers that what they delivered was the very best they could buy. At first, they cut shelves in their living room and stored the orders in their garage. They selected our products carefully and taught themselves through trail and error. Diana did the designing and John installed. They ate a lot of macaroni and cheese in those days while they tried to build a customer base.

That was then and this is now. Creative Storage is still a small company by most standards. However, now we are experts at maximizing space and have completed thousandsof projects. We have the experience to know what does and does not work, which materials hold up and which don't. We have grown with the industry, constantly implementing new technology, purchasing new products and improving our systems.

Diana and John don't eat much macaroni and cheese anymore and they park their cars in the garage but we'll never forget how we got to where we are. We thank our customers for the trust they place in us and we applaud the accomplishments of our many employees who have helped us make Creative Storage the great company that it is.
